August 24, 1874 – A deed was recorded when the Trinity Church of the Evangelical Association of North America purchased, for one dollar, from Joseph W. Zeiler and his wife Margaret, a parcel of land approximately 60 feet wide by 132 feet deep.

September 17, 1951 – The Elmdale Cemetery Association had deeded to them land in which is 99 feet by 40 feet, located on the lower bank of the cemetery and the front half of the lower driveway adjoining Route 348.  This land was left by the late John P. Moore.  15 lots on the southerly side of the cemetery plus a strip of land 4 feet by 160 feet for a foot path were deeded by Harold and Mary W. Nothacker.

August 14, 1959 – Harold and Mary W. Nothacker sold for one dollar, a tract of land measuring 168 feet by 16 feet that is the drive leading from the church parking lot to the lower driveway.  The Nothackers also sold for an additional dollar the tract of land to the rear of the previously described drive which is now the newer section of the cemetery.  The size of this lot is approximately 242 feet by 18 feet.

The Elmdale Independent Bible Church was incorporated on April 18, 1979 and the Elmdale Cemetery Association was incorporated on August 11, 1994.
